Did you receive a damaged item?

We're so sorry that your products arrived damaged! We know accidents can happen during transit and we are happy to find a solution as quick as we can! Please E-MAIL us to let us know about the damage within 24-hours of receiving your package. Please include photos of both the items and the packaging so we can best help you!

While placing online orders for scented items can be difficult, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, if you ever have questions about a scent just let us know -- we are more than happy to provide suggestions based on your scent preferences.
