We do not offer a “COMBINE” code; however, orders with the same name and mailing address will automatically be combined when possible. Shipping refunds are processed while orders are packed. In some cases, adding a small item or two will not increase shipping costs and you may receive a full refund. However, depending on package weight, distance, and the shipping carrier selected at checkout, you may receive only a partial refund—or no refund at all. This is determined by the price of the label once all of your orders are combined.

This is a pre-order. The turnaround time for our pre-orders is typically 8-10 weeks--although we always aim to wrap things up a little more quickly. There are always various unpredictable pieces that take place during a pre-order, so we build in a little extra time just in case. Once we finish pouring, the shipping timeline typically takes us a full two weeks. We understand that this timeframe may not be a good fit for everyone. Please ensure you are comfortable with our timeline before placing an order. Thank you!
