Hi there! Thank you for your interest in learning more about us! First, let me introduce myself! My name is Erika -- the owner of Second & Spruce Handcrafted Co.  I am married and have a son in Middle School. I have a full-time job working in the legal industry (no, I'm not a lawyer :)), and opening this shop is an opportunity to provide a creative outlet for me.  I've always been crafty in various arenas and can remember going to home decor parties with my grandma as a little girl and asking for candles (the gateway addiction to all the scent things)!

Oh, and if you are interested in the shop name and if it has a meaning -- it does!  We don't pour our products at the intersection of Second & Spruce, but they are the streets my husband and me each grew up on! When we were discussing a potential name, we wanted to create something that has meaning -- and this definitely does. In fact, our parent still live on these same streets today!

About the Products:

Every product is handmade in small batches using the best ingredients (from trusted vendors). We use a para-soy custom wax blend and use the highest fragrance load possible that the wax will hold to ensure you get the best performance.
